I completed a degree in Biochemistry at Imperial College London. I then moved to the University of Dundee to carry out research into how the body fights invading germs.

I worked in research labs outside of term time during my biochemistry degree.

Current Job:
Research scientist at the University of Dundee.

My Typical Day:
In the morning I take care of my cells, checking how fast they have grown and whether they need to be fed!

What I'd do with the prize money:
Arranging events at after-school clubs to teach the scientists of the future more about the germs that live inside us!
