      Yes…in the bacterial DNA and found out what happens when they occur: example: bacteria become resistant to antibiotics, they grow slowly, they throw out toxic compounds out of their cells etc

      I have studied the effects of mutating genes yes, but those mutations that I made on purpose to determine the function of the gene.

      I will soon be starting a project to look at mutations which help bacteria survive antibiotics
