Best part in my opinion is discovering new things! However not all people are motivated by the same thing, others are motivated not by discovery but by helping people.

We get to discover lots of new things and who knows one day we might win the Nobel prize. Yes a lot of people disagree with new discoveries but after sometime it is seen that the people who discovered it were actually not wrong. example: Galileo Galilei was put in prison because he said that sun was the centre of the universe.which people thought was not true at that time.

The best part for me is all the people I work with and the sharing of knowledge. The staff at Quadram are from all over the world and range in age from early 20s to mid 70s.
