I added a bacterial component to a cell which had never been done before and a very unexpected shape changed occurred within minutes – I am still trying to understand why!

I presented banded mongoose bum juice back to other mongooses to see how they reacted. I found that mongooses dont link spending time with the bum juice from mongooses with lots of parasites – this suggests they can detect the infection through smell which is really cool!

I have mutated bacterial cells and seen how bacterial resistance evolve and also discovered a lot of enzymes (more than 100) that can break down antibiotics such as penicillin, carbapenems. In this process I have discovered a novel class of antibiotic resistance genes (which is something super novel and will bear my name in history). I also discovered 3 new species of bacteria (again this will go down in history). As long as I find something novel, I get super excited how much ever small it is and in this process I make bigger discoveries.
