      I hope so. My research aims to help detect infectious disease rapidly, so that ill patients can be often the most effective treatment as soon as possible. This advance is made possible by DNA sequencing using Nanopore technology.

      Yes. I believe that the work that I am doing is presently changing the future because it is so important and I want to keep on doing it be it research or education. I believe the work I have done in the past several years has had major impact on our society and is constantly changing lives by providing evidenced based solutions to some of our global challenges

      I hope so. Our work aims key research to get a new drug to market so fingers crossed one we test goes all the way.

      I hope so, my current work helps people to connect with their own health issues and make good decisions. This is really important in poor countries becasue the governments here may not be able to provide advice to everyone or change bad situations (like being able to buy antibiotics without prescription) BUT if we change how people think, they can make safer decisions for themselves and stay healthier which ultimiatley contributes to a healthier planet for everyone.
